  1. Where is your Building Located?
    The Coshocton County Department of Job and Family Services is located at 725 Pine Street, Coshocton, OH 43812. We are located near the corner of 7th Street and Pine Street.

  2. What are the hours of operation?
    Our office hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00, during these times except holidays & in service trainings, all departments are open to the public. There are specialty programs that have extended hours. The Resource Center is open Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 4:00pm (extended hours on Wednesday until 7:00pm.) The Resource Center is closed to the public on Fridays.   3. When can I expect a return phone call, if I leave a message?
    At the Coshocton County Department of Job and Family Services, we have instituted a policy to return all phone calls within 48 hours or two business days. Even when case workers are on vacation, there is a back-up person to return their phone messages. Please be patient, we will get back with you as soon as possible.   4. Are there any online applications I can fill out at home?
    Currently this website does not have any online applications or forms. However, these online services are in the process of being made available. These forms will also be available in Spanish.

  5. Who do I need to call to report neglect or abuse when the office is not open?
    Even after the office closes its doors at 4:00, we continue to provide a service for the county. A Children Services on-call worker is available after regular office hours, as well as on the weekends. This person is for emergency purposes only.   6. Can you help me go to college, get a job, or help me with my résumé?
    At Job and Family Services we can help you with these things. Specifically, you would need to speak with a worker in our Workforce Development Department. While we can't guarantee the agency can accomplish this for you, we will provide you with the best service possible. You can find more information on our Workforce Development page Here.

  7. Do you take walk-ins?
    Generally we provide our services by appointment. This helps the agency staff better prepare for your visit. However, our front desk staff will try to assist you in any way possible. If they are unable to assist you, we can set up an appointment for you. Contact our office for more information.
